Washer Leaking? Water coming from Washer? Heres How to Fix It

Top Load Washer Leaks

If your Top Load Washer is Leaking Water Check the Following

Washer Water Inlet Valve
If the washing machines hose connections are good to the water inlet valve check if the water is leaking from the valve itself it is replace the water inlet valve.

Drain Pump
Check the drain pump housing and all hose connections. The washing machine drain pump is down under neath the washer usually.

To disassemble your washer follow the appropriate tutorial.

Hoses can be tightened.
If hoses are leaking try tightening them or if the washers water pump housing is leaking replace the pump assembly.

Tub Seal
This is in the center of the washing machines tub.
The washing machine inner seal is inexpensive but will require a lot of labor to install.

Check the tutorials on disassembling a washing machine cabinet then remove the washers agitator and inner tub.
